AWARDING BODY
QUALIFI is recognised and regulated by Ofqual (Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulator).
The Ofqual reference number is RN5160. Ofqual regulates qualifications, examinations, and assessments in England.
QUALIFICATION
The qualification has been accredited to the Regulated Qualification Framework (RQF) and each qualification unit has its own unique Qualification Accreditation Number (QAN). This number will appear on the learner’s final certification document. Each unit with the qualification has its own RQF code.

- To achieve this qualification a learner must successfully complete the five mandatory units – 17 credits:
- Legal and Regulatory Requirements in Aesthetic Practice
- Professional Standards within Aesthetic Practice
- Working Collaboratively with Healthcare Professionals
- Anatomy, Physiology and Morphology of the Ageing Face
- Skin Micro-needling and Chemical Peels
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- An applicant must be aged 18 or over.
- To qualify, you’ll need at least a Level 4 qualification in a related field. Examples include:
- A QUALIFI Level 4 Diploma in Aesthetic Procedures for Skin Rejuvenation A QUALIFI Level 4 Certificate in Aesthetic Practice
- A QUALIFI Level 4 Certificate in Aesthetic Practice
- A QUALIFI Level 4 Diploma or Certificate in Micropigmentation
- A QUALIFI Level 4 Certificate in Laser, Light, and Energy-Based Procedures
- Plus
- Current and valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and anaphylaxis management training (Our school will arrange this training if needed)
PROGRESSION PATHWAYS
QUALIFI Level 5 Certificate in Aesthetic Practice will enable learners to progress to:
- QUALIFI Level 7 Aesthetic Practice
- Employment in an associated profession.

- The tutor will evaluate your capacity to successfully complete the learning program and meet qualification requirements.
- An interview will be arranged to further assess your eligibility. If your qualifications do not meet the requirements, you will receive constructive feedback and guidance. If your qualifications are deemed satisfactory, the discussion will focus on relevant topics, including your needs, details of the training program, recognition of prior learning, and contractual terms.
- A formal agreement detailing all terms and conditions related to your participation in the training program will be sent to you via email, accompanied by an invoice for payment.
- Upon receipt of the signed contract and payment, you will be officially enrolled in the program.
